In the pharmaceutical industry, biopharmaceuticals (biologics) are gaining market share. There has been a dramatic increase in sale and penetration of monoclonal antibodies particular. Typically, therapeutic produced using high-expression, clonal, or recombinant CHO cell lines. cells dominate as commercial production host due to their ease use, built-in regulatory records, security profiles. While traditional limiting-dilution cloning-ring regulations frequently used select mammalian lines that produce high levels proteins, they have number drawbacks. ClonePix2 is fully automated, single cell-based clone selector significantly increases likelihood rapidly selecting high-production clones with monoclonality. Scfv-Fc antibody structures variety advantages gained prominence recent years.
